Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zenny ("the Service"), provided by ZeroManual, Inc. ("ZeroManual," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zenny is an AI customer-agent platform: a business ("Client," "you," "your") connects its own tools — including its Google account, for Gmail and Google Calendar — and Zenny's AI agent then handles bookings, scheduling, and customer communication on that business's behalf, across the channels the Client uses to interact with its own customers. This includes reading, sending, creating, updating, and deleting the Client's email messages and calendar events as directed by the Client's own configuration and by the Client's customers' requests as they come in.

Zenny is a business tool, not a consumer product — the party agreeing to these Terms and connecting a Google account is always the business, not an individual using the Service to manage their own personal email or calendar.

3. Google Account Access

To use Zenny's email and scheduling features, a Client must authorize access to its own Google account via OAuth. By granting this access, the Client permits Zenny's AI agent to, on the Client's behalf:

• Read, send, and manage the Client's Gmail messages, including messages to and from the Client's own customers
• Read, create, update, and delete the Client's Google Calendar events, including appointments involving the Client's own customers

A Client may revoke this access at any time, either from the Zenny dashboard's Integrations page or directly through the Google Account permissions page. Revoking access will limit or disable core functionality of the Service.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes, and only to communicate with and serve your own customers
• Have the right to grant Zenny access to any Google account you connect, and to have informed your own customers as appropriate under applicable law about your use of an AI agent to communicate with them
• Not use the Service to send spam, unauthorized bulk email, or malicious content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account

5. Data Handling

Our collection and use of data — including your Google user data and any data belonging to your own customers that we encounter while acting on your behalf — is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroManual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, missed communications, or scheduling errors resulting from automated actions taken on your behalf, whether directed at you or at your own customers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and revoke Google account access at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local jurisdictional requirements.
